Jennifer started at Fisherman’s Mark in 2018 as the Volunteer/Events Coordinator. She rapidly increased both individual and corporate volunteer involvement and retention, brought in much-needed donations, and greatly increasing local awareness of our mission and services.
In April of 2019, Jennifer was promoted to the newly-formed position of Business Coordination and Development Manager, adding this role to her existing responsibilities.
In January 2020, Jennifer was asked to become Executive Director – only the third Executive Director in the 40-year history of Fisherman’s Mark. Her current responsibilities include budget development and management, board development, mission advancement, donor engagement and relations, grant writing, community engagement, and strategic planning.
Prior to coming to Fisherman’s Mark, Jennifer spent 24 years with the Somerset Hills, NJ YMCA where her work encompassed member engagement; board, volunteer and donor development; strategic planning; and program development.
“I fell in love with Fisherman’s Mark from the beginning and knew I found a place that was truly magical. I believe in the mission and my focus each and every day is to better the lives of the clients served by Fisherman’s Mark.”
Jennifer lives in Flemington, NJ with her family and three dogs. She enjoys trying new restaurants in the area, restoring her old home, and spending time at the beach in the warmer weather.
