Help When Help Is Needed…

Fisherman’s Mark’s social services provide information resource and referral, case management, and community outreach to clients with complex/chronic issues.

Children, veterans, the elderly, disabled, unemployed and underemployed, and housing-unstable individuals or families may seek help from Fisherman’s Mark’s array of Social Services and its Case Management program. Residents of Lambertville and throughout Hunterdon County, as well as those in neighboring river communities, can turn to Fisherman’s Mark for assistance and guidance that fosters stability. Fisherman’s Mark staff provide Case Management to identify and address an individual’s or family’s specific needs. Clients are connected with the appropriate resources and/or agencies) in Hunterdon County or, for clients across the Delaware River, Bucks County. Los Puentes (“The Bridges”) offers Social Services and Case Management to Latino families. These families in many cases may be recent arrivals in the community and need help navigating a complex system whose services can be vital in promoting stability.
